Baked Shrimp Foil Packets

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Place water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring water to a boil and add potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes then add the corn and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Drain and transfer potatoes and corn to a large bowl. 

Cut potatoes in half if desired. Add onion and shrimp. Season with Chef Merito Shrimp and Seafood Seasoning. Add Chef Merito Meat Marinade, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice and Chef Merito Garlic Salt to melted butter. Stir to combine and pour into shrimp bowl. Toss to mix well.

Divide contents of bowl onto four 15-inch pieces of aluminum foil. Fold in half and seal the edges around the food to enclose the package. Transfer foil packets to a large baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over the top.
