Clericots are a holiday favorite of mine. Not to be confused with a sangria, clericots include soda in the mix to give it a fun fizz. The recipe is very simple and so pretty to serve for your Christmas dinner. It's very customizable because you can add pretty much any fruit you have in your fruit bowl. For this Christmas Clericot, I added cranberries and pomegranates to give it a little ruby sparkle.
