Combine sugar, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and milk in a large pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves and set aside. Roughly chop 3 cups of strawberries and add to a blender. Chop the rest of the strawberries into smaller ½ - inch pieces and set aside. Add water to the blender and blend until smooth. Transfer strawberry mixture to the large pitcher. Stir in vanilla extract and food coloring (if using). Add ice and 1/3 cup of the smaller strawberry pieces to each serving glass. Pour in creamy strawberry agua fresca. Serve and enjoy.
