Instructions

Roast poblano peppers over an open flame on the stove burner or directly on the grill, carefully turning with tongs until their skin is completely charred. Place in a plastic bag, seal and allow to steam for 10 minutes. Remove poblano peppers from bag and peel charred skin with fingers or by rubbing with a paper towel. Remove tops, veins and seeds; discard. Cut peppers in strips and set aside.

Grill Beyond Meat's Beyond Burger on the grill or in a large pan on the stove over medium heat; approximately 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 

Assemble your Poblano Burger: Layer with lettuce, cheese, onion, tomato, mustard, patty and a spoonful of poblano strips. Place top bun over poblano strips. Serve with fries and enjoy!
