Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°.

Whisk together olive oil, cumin, salt and paprika. Place salmon filets on baking tray skin down. Brush marinade on top of filets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

Divide mash avocado on each tostada. Top with pieces of baked salmon, sprinkle with lime juice, drizzle with salsa verde and top with cabbage and cilantro. Serve with Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay.
