Ponche Navideño is our family’s go-to drink for Posadas and fiestas decembrinas. For the adults, we add Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon and turn it into a delicious holiday cocktail called ponche navideño al vino tinto. With all the traditional ingredients such as piloncillo, guava and Mexican hawthorn, this flavorful beverage gives me all the nostalgic feels of Navidad at home during those cold nights when we celebrate las posadas with our loved ones.
